Spring Break Maple & Honey is known for blue ribbon maple syrup, maple candy and maple cream plus the best wildflower honey Maine has to offer. In the spring, they open their sugarhouse for tours to see the making of maple syrup. They have also opened a full-service gift shop full of maple syrup, honey, maple candy, maple nuts, gift boxes and lots of Maine-made products including gourmet food, Maine books, plus lots more Maine gift items. Spring Break is the largest maple candy company in the State of Maine. They have recently constructed a state-of-the-art candy factory where you can watch maple candies being made in the morning. You may even get a chance to sample a fresh piece. Appointments suggested but not necessary to see the production of maple candy.
